Creating culinary experiences is more than just a profession for head chef Craig Jordaan, it is a passion. His love for culinary arts was firmly in place from a very young age.
Having completed his studies at The London Hotel School & the Cordon Bleu Cookery School has allowed Craig to gain invaluable experience across the industry. Over the past 15 years, he has worked in various hospitality environments from restaurants, hotels to five star lodges across various countries including London, Tanzania, Swaziland, Botswana and South Africa.
Craig makes every meal an occasion and keeps abreast of all the global foodie trends. He loves to meet with all our guests to personally to discuss meal plans and preferences and can make the most delicious meal even for those who have limited food choices.
He has shared his talent in the kitchen with many a young aspiring chefs and particularly enjoyed cooking for the likes of Nelson Mandela , John Travolta and Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie to name a few..…..but most of all, he loves creating magical epicurean experiences for all our Molori guests.
